During the year, many air forces are usual to deploy their squadrons in the Decimomannu air base for some weeks. A variable number of airplanes is so envolved usually in three or four missions per day in training flights for ACMI, Frasca and Quirra ranges and low level navigation. Actually only Italian Air Force and German Air Force have a stable presence in the air base, rotating all their squadrons for two weeks or more per time. But Deci has also many other visitors during the year, so many allied air forces can come in Sardinia to play a nice campaign of training flights in Decimomannu ranges complex.
